Cute image. You could probably stand to add some details to her legs - the top part of her body has so many little things (the glasses, the jewels, the horns, etc.), so right now the bottom part of her body looks rather bland. Add some jewels and light designs on the boots! Maybe make her skirt patterned! Details like that would enrich the piece.

Very cute! Since you asked for critique I thought I'd scrounge up some things for ya. c:
First off, as said before, she's very cute. I applaud you for lineless, I haven't the slightest idea how to make it work and I'm always jealous of good lineless art. XD Starting from the top and going down: I'd cover the bottom of the horns with a few stray strands of hair, it makes it seem more realistic and like they're really growing out of the head. I like the shape of the hair a lot, though I'm not too sure about the white patches. Parts of the white are where her skin should still be showing through, so I would make it the gray of her skin instead. Her dress looks nice, though I think the colors may be a bit too glaring. Not your fault, I think- Because honestly Fef's outfit is awfully bright and not very color coordinated! If it were me I'd probably take some artistic liberties and alter the shades of her clothing a tad to make them a little less saturated and so they worked together better. The edges of her dress could be refined a little more with eraser. c: I really like her boots, not really sure why, lol, but I like them, particularly the front one. On the background being transparent: What program are you using? Assuming you're using something more complex like GIMP or PS, you should merely save the final file (when you compress it, assuming you initially work with layers, so when you're all done) save it as a .png file (instead of .jpeg, which you're using now). JPEG files can't handle transparency, hence the white. c: If you worked on a transparent layer when you were drawing it, once you save it as a .png instead of a .jpeg, it should be all nice and transparent as it should. welp. that's about all I have to say on the matter. Good job, and keep working, digital is tough to master. (Gog knows I'm not there yet, but I try! XD)
