I sculpted it out of model magic, painted it black and then modge podge'd it for the glossy look ^^

Not at all^^ My suggestion is use a lot of ref pics when sculpting the nose.  Thankfully model magic does not dry to swiftly so you have plenty of time to mold/shape it.  Also!  You do not have to do this, but I found it is best to make the nose as one of the last attachments to the head, this being said, the reason is so when the foam/fur is all in place, you make your nose and rest it on the muzzle where you want it to be mounted so while it dries, it contorts and becomes fleshed with the head itself, the clay is not sticky so no need to worry of staining or having the fur ruined by it resting on the muzzle while in the drying phase.  Much easier to attach it once it is dry, painted and podge'd XD

I got them from a deer target site of all places ^__^ www.bluelakesports.com/product… and they were fairly cheap to! Just be ready for the 3lbs of weight, it may not seem much but once it is on your head, you want to hang your head all the time XD
