Kaname & Zero from Vampire Knight, as usual.

This pic was drawn as a gift for my friend Blackened Wing some time ago, and I only got around to posting it here now.
It's an illustration of chapter 21 of her fic series, "Secrets in the Dark."
The text is also from the fic.

It's a pretty dark segment of the longer story she's been writing about Zero and Kaname as lovers, but regardless of the dark parts it's wonderfully beautiful, as well as masterfully well-written, as her stories always are! X3 *utterly loves her fics* X3

The pic was drawn and colored on SAI, with some PS tweaking and text entering.

SPOILERS FOR THE FIC:
That scene is passed after Kaname is deeply traumatized due to something terrible that happened in the past. He's feeling disgusted of himself because of what happened, and Zero is trying to reassure him and take care of him.
Kaname wants to feel Zero's love and to not get stuck unable to be with him that way, but he's also scared due to the past, and so Zero holds him and is so gentle and loving to soothe his fears and not scare him further.
