(Another important situation that inspired this monster happened in March 2013, when thousands of rotting pigs floated down the Huangpu River).

You got the guilty one!
This little round fella used to be very greedy and hated sharing, so it was punished by being thrown into the river. The body has bloated and was eventually covered by sea weed and waste. It spends its days slowly, floating unhappily, moaning and making bubbles, trying to attone for past sins by sharing pebbles it finds with people walking on the boardwalk. It's very sorry and it needs hugs : (((
It smells like wet tea and guilt.

* You are allowed to change anything you want about the design! (gender, features, etc.) (I usually use 'it' pronouns, so you can chose on your own!)

* I always give my characters a small description, but you don't have to keep it if you don't want to!

* Credit me on first drawing, please- I would love to see how my kids are doing!

* To avoid confusion -Do NOT send the points until I have said you may own the character (send them through the 'commission' widget, NOT through the donation, please!)

* You may resell the character, but:

1. I'd like the person you resell it to to credit me on their first drawing (again, to see how my kids are doing! <3)

2. I'd like you to let me know that you're reselling
3. You have to sell for the same price or lower - I think that's only fair
