wanted to know how I colour, so...This is how I do my colouring most of the time. If I want to blend colours I'll ALWAYS use Gaussian Blur or Median, though you should only Median on a locked layer.
I used 's artwork from one of his sketches. I don't own that or Ben 10.
I'm not very good at explaining things...

Okay... you make a new layer and fill it in with the paint bucket.
If your lines are already black (or gray-ish) you can skip this step.
