With all due respect and fairness, makeup is nothing more than paint and you enjoy painting and you have even painted your arms and hands and such. This is no different.
What I think you hate, understandably, is the societal ideology behind makeup. The idea that society is trying to tell you how to look, what to wear and who to be. Society wants you to think you are not beautiful already and that there must be something wrong with you -- but "not to worry, their latest and greatest bullshit product will fix you right up in a jiffy!"
My suggestion: see makeup the same way as you see paint, because thats all makeup is my dear. Its paint with a new label and logo slapped onto it. Society wants you to hate makeup under its mind control definition of how and why it thinks you should hate it, and it wants you to love it based on its definitions. This way, it doesn't matter whether you love it or hate it, they still have you under their spell, either way.
Its the same idea as Twilight vs Harry Potter or any other debate about trends. Doesn't matter if you are pro-something or anti-something, society has got you either way.
So you might want to view makeup the same way as paint, because thats all it is. Use it when you want to, don't use it when you don't want to and use it YOUR WAY when you use it. And it someone doesn't like your way, well -- too bad
Makeup is art and your art is an extension of the beauty you ALREADY HAVE. So explore, experiment with and define your beauty on YOUR TERMS and in YOUR WAY. Not the way society would want you to.
As for people who think societally, instead of being disgusted with them, see their approaches as an opportunity to inspire them with your individuality. And if they don't like your inspirations, well again -- too bad. If they do, then awesome.
Either way its all good, isn't it?
You are a very cute, adorable, beautiful, creative, imaginative and highly intelligent and intuitive girl. Wield these aspects and have fun doing so. You can and do inspire others. Your beauty and creativity is a blessing to the Earth, as is the beauty and creativity of anyone else, should they dare to be brave enough to explore it at their own pace, define it on their own terms and express it in their own way.
So, theres some food for thought for you.

my stand is just that i feel like it hides how we naturally look...i don't believe in altering our natural form in most any way, and i feel like makeup hides natural beauty...i feel like everyone is more beautiful natural, rather than looking like a plastic doll--all the same...but there are some exceptions to my beliefs of course, as most are...but its not like i judge people because they have different beliefs than i do, i accept everything and everyone even though i may disagree with them...its only right.

I agree that it can be used to hide how we naturally look, true. But its not limited to that one thing, just like a hammer is not limited to bashing peoples skulls in. There are non-damning uses. hehehehe.
It can be used to express yourself artistically. And of course, this must be done using as little or as much as you feel like, however you feel like and -- only when you feel like it.
Clothes cover up the way we naturally look but I think the only one complaining about that fact is pedophiles and sex offenders. Hahahaha.
