Here is another experiments. 238 here is designed to create rain clouds over people, creating a depressing and sad atmosphere and thus putting people into gloomy moods! So Evil! He is based off of Experiment 119, except instead of influencing existing weather he generates his own rain clouds. I usually use this guy when I'm depressed to help with the mood...I think this guy is cute, he looks like a Teru Teru Bozu, though I made him to suit my current depressed mood. so least there's plenty of emotion put into it, I guess. If anyone want to please leave plenty of feedback and stuff or whatever~
