Here's another Desert Pokemon ^^ yes I know anotherl izard but come on this guy's sweet! XDPatasol (Patagium [link] and Parasol)
Flying Lizard Pokemon
Ability- Intimidate/Updraft (When hit with WIND attacks, evasion increases 1 stage)
Evolves- none
"Patasol are seen in dry deserts, using their umbrella like neck frills to Float on strong winds to avoid burning their feet on the hot sand. They will balance and hop on their tough tails when there is no wind and keep their neck frills closed to shade the rest of its body. At Night they will hang upside down in trees, using the eye like Marking on its face to scare of predators"
I Love this fella, He's based off of Kasa Obake [link] , ye knwo those japanese umbrella demons? ^^' Sorry I thouht this idea was cool, so I jsut did it for fun but he turned out awesome ^^ But Please Leave me some feedback I wanna know wacha think ^^

Hoho this is cool. As a big fan of umbrellas, I like his function but also his form too. (although I'm not crazy on the colors, I'd imagine them to be more bright).
The only thing you might consider is that he is very similar to Gilgar. Both are flying lizards with tounges that stick out.
But otherwise I like him

As I said, I'm making a wholo tsukuyomi line, that will be like rotom, all of them will be ghost, the same spirit but in thiferent shapes: An umbrella, a Sandal, a Dress, a Lantern and a Teeter, all of them with one eye, big tongues and rope's arms n0n
