You were training in the desert near Los Noches as usual, you felt like someone was watching you. You stopped and looked around. You spotted Grimmjow on one of the large red pillars.

Lately he had been looking at you in a funny way. But he was higher ranking so you were polite. You smiled and waved up at him. He just kept watching you with his hands in his pockets. You shrugged and continued training. You had trouble controlling your ceros so you were practicing firing some.

You pointed a finger and held your wrist with your other hand. A red light gathered around your finger and your arm started to shake. Suddenly a chest was pressed against your back, a hand at your hip, and the other on your arm. Grimmjow leaned his head down to your ear, a smug look on his face.

"Use less power, your trying too hard." You nodded and took a deep breath. Your arm stopped shaking and the cero came out in a clean, controlled blast. You put your arm down and Grimmjow backed away a few paces.

"What are you doing here?" you asked him. Sure you were grateful for his help, but why was he here to help you? He shrugged and shoved his hands back into his pockets.

"You seemed to be having troubles." his voice was smooth but when you looked into his eyes you could see the predator look he gave you. It made a shiver go down your back. You (e/c) eyes looked into his bright blue gaze. You take a step towards him...

and glomp him to the ground.

"Thanks Grimmy!" you shouted. you were never really that goofy but it made him act funny, so you did it often.

"What was that for?!" he yelled at you. You were on top of him and laughing in his face. Your (h/c) hair was draped over your back and shoulders. You smiled and tilted you head, leaning in closer to his ear.

"The king acts silly when I do." Grimmjow practically threw you into the sand. His face was bright red and he tried to hide it by being cool.

"Aizen wants to talk to you _____. That's why I came here." Shoving his hands into his pockets, Grimmjow started walking away. You quickly ran up and laced your arm through his. He looked over at you and gave you that look.

"Let's go then." you said cheerfully. You tried to start dragging him behind you but you ended up only moving his arm.

"Come on slow poke, hurry up!" you planted your feet in the sand and squeezed your eyes shut, pulling on his arm.

"A king always comes for his subjects." Grimmjow whispered on your lips. He leaned in and gave you a sweet kiss. You opened your eyes and looked into his. Usually his' eyes had a predatory look to them, a haughty know it all that bossed others. But right now they were filled with passion and your chest fluttered.

Grimmjow put a hand on the small of your back and brought the other up to your cheek.

"What do you think of me? Am i just a king to you?" Grimmjow asked you, a sad look in his eyes. You thought a moment and didn't reply. His gaze hardened and he started to back away.

"I get it..." you put a hand in his hair and tangled your fingers in it and the other on his neck. You drew him in close and gave him a passionate kiss. Separating you pressed your forehead to his and looked into his blue eyes.

"I see a man who has the power to become something much more than he is now. Who can defeat anyone, and still be himself." Grimmjow smiled and brought you in even closer, stroking you (h/c) hair.

"What about Aizen." you asked quietly, not wanting to go. Grimmjow paused and seemed to be thinking. Smiling he tilted you head back and paused, inches from your lip.

"He can wait." he kissed you hard and you spent the rest of the day in his arms, kissing and looking into those fiery eyes.
