Cool collection!
I was wondering what the key-like sword is called. It's obviously the keyblade! Interesting design, though. Does the gunblade acutally shot?

Yes it's the keyblade of Sora 
For the gunblade Final Fantasy VIII : you can not really fire with it.
By pushing R1 during combat you can increase the power of the Renzokuken, it sounds like an explosion, but there is no bullet in the gun and it can not fire from long distance ^^
It is maybe different for the other opus
