What I did is I put the whole 'New XP Live Pink' in the C:/Windows/Resources/Themes folder, then I doubled clicked the Visual Style File. It should open up your Display Properties and show a preview of the theme. Click Apply, give it a minute to change it, then click Ok and close out of Display Properties. You should now have this theme applied. Hope this helps.
