Description
This is a fan art of Kaneki Ken (金木 研), protagonist from Tokyo Ghoul , created by Sui Ishida (石田 スイ). (his Pixiv here )The kanji on the top left is 眼帯 (Gantai which means eyepatch).
This one took me some good time ^^" But it was worth it! I gave my best!

a little comment about Tokyo Ghoul anime....
I know it doesn't matter, but I really like Tokyo Ghoul, so I have to say something!
The first season of the anime, the manga adaptation, was really cool, specially the opening and the ending.
But the ending fight wasn't that epic...I think the sound effects was really low on quality...Looks like there was not much attention on that...
And I don't know about the second season... It doesn't have the same vibe I guess...I'm not feeling it...
*SMALL SPOILER*They skipped so many things...
I understand that, but I really wanted to see the scene when Kaneki beats Ayato so hard (the 103 broken bones scene)
Maybe because it was too violent....I dunno

Is just amazing how stories like that can come out from a single mind....I mean, how much effort and things you have to go through to be able to build and entire universe
I know that some can do it without sweating much and others, more effort is required, but nevertheless, is not an easy task.

I think I read somewhere that the anime is purposely not going to follow the manga, because the creator had a different ending in mind? So the anime is like, a side-story that the creator thought up? So a lot of things are going to be different/take a different approach? (I haven't read the manga yet, but I really want to seeing how good the anime is!)

Yeah, no I completely understand ^^ It's still very interesting though, kind of like a huge "What if" scenario which is super cool ^^ I'm actually reading the manga right now (I'm on chapter 81, Amon just met Akira) And spotting the differences is very strange, but still cool at the same time ^^ (Also very heartbreaking like omfg Kaneki what are you doing baby T_T)

Im not a manga reader. I usually stick with the anime. But those good animes which loves cliffhangers end ending the season there, those are the one I choose to take a look at the manga or light novels. There is always the point where you get far from the anime and you wait the adaptation and in the end I'm like: "Please, staff, make this one huge!".

Oh yeah- the staff DEFINITELY better deliver, especially for this series! I heard Tokyo Ghoul was HUGE in Japan, (And I can totally see why it's so fucking great ;; ) I just hope the anime keeps to some big points in the manga and keeps going strong! It's so good T_T
