Hi all! I haven't drawn anything all the way to completion in almost 2 years...it's terrible! My new year's resolution was to draw more this year sooo here it is! I didn't know what to draw so in typical me-fashion I just started drawing and it turned into Sailor Moon lol. I've never draw her as Neo Queen Serenity before, but it was really fun! A lot of the detail in her hair got lost on the scanner, but that's alright
Hope you like her! She was drawn in prisma and copic markers and touched up with prisma colored pencils and a white paint marker.
