Collab with =Wolf250 ~ It was so awesome work with =Wolf250 ! And the whole work turned out really amazing! This was my first collab ever. And I'm so proud of our work! :3I did sketch, flat-coloring and background detailing.
=Wolf250 did lineart, shadows/lights, background detailing.
And I feel like =Wolf250 did most of the difficult parts ^^'
Here are our characters Huhtikuu (my alter-ego) and Aloka (=Wolf250 's oc) fighting against some kind of darkness/dark spirit.

Fantastic collab!
And I believe with sketching this you also had your fair share of hard work. Getting the poses and anatomy down this well takes quite a bit of skill~ And thinking of what to do in the first place.
The whole scene makes a great whole. It's dynamic, tells the story clearly and I think you got the details just right. It must've taken forever to draw these grass blades.
I believe the grass in the right corner and the trees should've been darker, they steal the attention a little too much. And I feel like the grass sorta leads the eye out of the picture.
Still, you both did some really good work here C:

For me, the sketching was peace of cake. But now what I think, that we both did the steps that we can handle the best so then it feels, like I haven't did nothing special. If you know what I mean :3
What I think from that the right corners brightness, is that there are lightness what the characters are fighting for against the darkness, but you are right, it steals attention from the actual spot (characters).

True :/ You can never know, how other people reacts on critic. Other guys like it and are pleasant and then there are lots of people who goes flaming the one who gives critic with good taste.
