Description
I know it's been done numerous times before, but I decided that I wanted to do a series on the sabbats. Having said that, my versions aren't necessarily going to reflect the standard Wheel of the Year stories. The common interpretations can be found almost anywhere, so I thought that I would depict what they mean to me, personally - more in line with how I actually celebrate.

The sabbat dates are more of a time for reflection for me as I honour Nature, and all that is hers, each and every day. Mabon represents the time of year, where everything is getting back to normal: the little monsters are back in school, riding day camps are done, the loft is full to over flowing with hay and straw..... Although the how differs from year to year, at Mabon I always offer thanks for another successful season of harvest, hard work, and fun.
