. Although I'm very pleased with the outcome. 
I found the perfect shots on the web and merged them to make the BG. 
If you know who this character is then I salute you.
I doubt it though. unless you've been around...or to the library if you live in the US.

I don't know if you still care about "Asterix", I see this is a pretty old dialogue, but it was recently announced that a third game in the XXL series is planned for the next year. Also, XXL2's remaster is coming out on November 29 this year.
Yes, Etranges Libellules is dead, but XXL2 remaster and XXL3 are done by Microids.

The only thing I don't like about the game look is Asterix's hat. It doesn't have the wings from the comics.

I first found out about Asterix years ago from discovering some old copies of my dads. Since then, I've become a total Asterix fan! I'm even doing a English research paper on Asterix! The only Asterix video game I've been able to play is Asterix and Obelix kick buttix for PS2. It's the same as Asterix and Obelix XXL. Now I want to play all the Asterix games...

Did you know, that they wanted to publish the asterix comics in america, but the publisher canceled the "project" in the last minute, because they thought, the text and puns were to "long and confusing" for the american audience?
