Finally, my Nanoha Takamachi cosplay from Magical Record Lyrical Nanoha Force is complete though it was rushed on the day. Yep, I was abit insane as I was sewing up the cuffs and hoop skirt a couple of hours before I was due to wear this cosplay! I am still not happy with the overall costume, but will fix it before I rewear at AyaCon 2011.

Although Nanoha is such a cute character, she is not my favourite from the series and Fate will always remian my fave, however the older version of Nanoha really grew on me. When I first heard of the Nanoha Force series, I thought Nanoha is so pretty, bad ass and yet she still remains cute. I also WANT her weapon, so decided to go ahead and cosplay as the main character. A random fact is that she is the same age as me and this was the first time cosplaying as someone my age.

I did get a lot of questions on Raising Heart and still get questions today, even though I credited the person everywhere, so will have to clearly point out that I did NOT make it. DenWingZero who was the other amazing Nanoha at MinamiCon 17 made Rasing Heart and he was kind to let me borrow it for my photoshoot. Sadly, I ran out of time to finish my own prop, but will hope to complete the Strike Cannon in time for AyaCon ^^ Another question which I've been asked was Nanoha's hair? I know Nanoha's hair is always in pigtails when she is in her barrier jacket, but Nanoha has only one side ponytail in the Force series, so this explains the reason why I only used one ponytail extension.
