This is a pic of my Ruby Moon cosplay which I made for the WGC Cosplay Comp in Dubai (30th November 2010) - which I won btw! My first ever comp too!! The prize was 3000AED which is about 850 Australian dollars.

This costume was hella fun to make EXCEPT the darn wig... which took about a week and a half of pain and misery BUT I'm (kinda) happy with the way it turned out. The wings took me a while too - this was actually my fourth set of wings but it wasn't as frustrating as the wig

The pic was taken by my awesome friend Mahdi who is a fellow admin member of DAC (the Dubai Anime Club). It was taken at a photoshoot we had for Time Out Dubai magazine which is going to release a feature cosplay article on January 6th 2011
