It must of been PB's ancisters from way back then, cus princess bubblegum is 18 in Ooo and that gaint bubblegum blob is just the start of the candy people in a way, so it could be a mutanted relative who helped Simon get the chicken soup, cus it was smileing and friendly, it makes alot of sense, cus later on, marceline is friends with princess bubblegum, so simon must of told her back then that candy people are good people maybe? from the start of it all. But the zombie green oozing blob people are freaking scarey O.o.
