Description
This picture was fun to do! I totally love the famous "Super Sailor Moon saving baby Hotaru" screenshot from the anime, and I wanted to do something similar, but also different. Here I have Sailor Cosmos holding a tiny Chibi Chibi, about to send her to the past to warn Sailor Moon about Chaos. There is a lot of white on Sailor Cosmos, so in order to make the color pop, I outlined her hair and outfit in light blue. Hope you like it!
