This picture is wonderful. Besides Chandelure, Jellicent is my other favorite Ghost type of Unova! I especially like the female one; I find her, Lilligant, and Milotic just beautiful!

I actually had the chance to do that once, years ago when they had a contest for the art for a snorlax promo card. Mine got outvoted because the winner's had an eevee in the picture (you can probably find it on google). The picture I submitted wasn't nearly as good as I can draw today, but was similar to the picture I have in my gallery of snorlax on a cloud.
