Happy Birthday to mah friend, !
I actually had time to wait before posting this, for once. XDAs usual, I wasn't sure what to draw, but I know I am almost always drawn to Topaz the Hedgehog, with or without his relatives. I love him, but I was determined to actually not draw him for once this time around.
I looked at her Sonic 3 and Knuckles level-based characters and remembered I had previously wanted to draw the HydroCity shark (her name is Colvana, right? I wasn't sure on the names). She's one of my favorites of all of the designs. ;u; She was fun to draw! I hope I did her justice and got her design right. ;o; I took a background from HydroCity and stretched it out, which I originally wasn't going to do, and am wary about it, but I thought it made the picture look cool, pfft. xD;
