Finally got around to some more pages the last couple of months. I haven't been drawing as much lately, but I'm trying to get myself back into it with prayer. ;v;

After sitting and wondering what to do, Sonic gets an idea and suddenly bolts off back out of the cave into the rain, scaring the girl. When he quickly comes back, he has a fuzzy peach in his hand and offers it to her it hopes that it'll help her and hopefully get her to talk. The girl is obviously very unsure, but it seems to her like maybe, just maybe, he's on the level. He's gentle enough. She just can't make sense of this guy! He's different. Friendly. What is she supposed to make of it?

...But, Sonic, she's already gotten fruit. Didn't you see her tiny stash? Get her a hamburger, boy! Ah, well. You get a sticker for effort and caring.

This page is actually just an extra moment that wasn't originally supposed to be in this scene of the story, so I wasn't sure if I should put it in or not. Wasn't sure if it made too much sense to, but here we are anyway. I tried sketching it as a page along with the rest to see what it would be like. I was still debating since all it really is, is just a filler bridging page, but I ended up liking how everything looked in it and found it cute. I put the work into it, so I guess it's just an "optional" page? XD I just liked the cuteness of the idea. I love that first panel of Sonic, and the trading of expressions and reactions in this page.
