There, I finally finished it! That was a LOT of work, especially with the coloring. I actually finished this a couple of days ago, but I didn't have time to upload it, so it's exactly one week after Sonic's anniversary. Oh well--I still got it up in June!

The original idea I had for this was that Sonic and his friends would be celebrating his anniversary (birthday, whatever you want to call it), but for it to be chaotic. My original intention was for some crazy stuff to be going on--cake getting thrown around, characters chasing each other because they got hit in the face with cake (I could see Knuckles going after somebody if he got hit ), ect., all the while poor Sonic gets shoved into the corner of the ring and gets somewhat ignored because of all that's going on. I wanted him to look like, "Oh well. I love my friends, but they're crazy." Unfortunately, I didn't have enough room to cram in all that action, and I didn't even put in nearly as many characters as I was planning originally. I was wanted to at least include Silver, Blaze, the Chaotix, and maybe even Eggman. As you can see, that didn't work out, so I did what I could with it. There's still a little bit going on in the picture, and Sonic's still getting squashed into the corner, and he's in the pose that I originally intended as well. Oh yeah, and I threw Classic Sonic in there too, just for the heck of it. Overall, I'm still pleased with how it turned out. Maybe I can try shooting for my first idea next year!

I've never drawn this many characters on one sheet of paper before. The most I have was five. But, wow....eight characters, as well as Cheese.... @_@ I'm surprised that this didn't take me too long to do.

Oh yeah; and my first time doing Rouge!
