Up next is Ariel, the first mer-princess and the first in this series who is not a brunette (though I may have been a bit biased for the first three ).

I decided to take a more "mythological" approach to designing a mermaid. I made them more alien, more fishlike. And the green hair of course reflects the Atlantic Ocean. I feel this is close to what Hans Christian Andersen had in mind. But I'm not sure.
