Description
So yesterday I was feeling still in my art slump and wanted to doodle to try and get out of it- and this is the result! I sketched her out and then today did the transfer to watercolor paper, lineart, and colored everything!

But I am really happy with how she came out! I am please with the style I am trying (From now on I am going to try and just 'let it flow' and go where I go and not try so hard to stick to any certain style)... But I loved it so much I made a 'base' for it (but rather than pixel doll bases it will just be my traditional pencil template lol) and I think I will offer commissions for these in the future... They just look so cute and stylized I am going to practice drawing my own characters on it first I think so I can see if I like it (and to gauge if anyone else likes it lol)...

Anyway- For some reason I felt like drawing SF-chan as a more 'American' superhero than as a Sailor Scout... I like her design a lot (well, at least this half of it! Hopefully I can design a bottom half soon!). She has a sheer type fabric covering her chest (it's not discolored skin lol)...I suck at coloring metal things though and I admit it! One thing that is a pain about SF is that she is ALL SILVER AND GREY COLORS! gah... It is hard to find the right colors with my pencils and watercolors (Markers are easier)... So I am working on that! But I am really happy with this Enjoy!

(haha i need a trip to the art store though because I destroyed my inking pens! Future note: using micron pens over colored pencils = no)
