Yep. I found the BG on Google and enlarged it, that's why it looks shitty and pixelated. This is Kankuro (purple marks) and Kiba (red mark) from the Naruto anime. This is a colored version of a line-art done by lavitaacolori , found here: la-vita-a-colori.deviantart.co… She gave me permission to use it, so it's not art-theft.
