Need to give him more variety of pokemon and expend his bio as a trainer.

I couldn't help, but make Roum a trainer/tamer

Hales from a family of Pokemon Rangers, that pretty much raised him to be one. Like his sister, he rebeled to become a trainer\tamer upon hitting puberty. Just the Pokemon types he's choice to partner and even work with. Led to pretty interesting group of companions from his travels. Six he uses to battle or enter tournaments beside. One for transportation upon traveling outside the region. Any other pokemon are from his family members have chosen to be his.

Lan ( SailorAlcyone )
Helps him with the extra aggressive dark, dragon, or normal type pokemon. When his services are definitely available, going on trips with him or going to him whenever he was needed.

Kallimachos ( wandering-kotka )
Is currently attending his classes about Pokemon care and training focused on properly bonding with one's pokemon. Learning alternatives ways to work with pomemon partners he's come to befriend.

Fun facts about him:
- he is welling to help a trainer and pokemon get along
- usually hired to handle naughty pokemon
-keeps a pokemon or two out of there ball when home
-doesn't capture much since most of his pokemon are from his family
