Well on their webpage you can view flipnotes by holding over them, this causes them
to start moving. Save that GIF when its moving and upload it here!

Hey I did save it to and SD card but how do I open the file ive looked everywere in my PC

Go to computer, and then your sd card should be one of the removable storage's.
