This was really fun.Okay, the skeleton is most likely extremely off, and this poor creature's probably unable to fly, but I haven't designed a skeleton before. Same with the skull. When it comes to these kind of biological concepts, I go with what I feel fits at the time and try not to stress myself out with complications. TL;DR, I do what's most convenient and what looks good.
Eh, take it as you want. I just wanted to see if I could take a more humanoid approach since a lot of adaptations see them as full bird when I still like the Harpy approach. Hawlucha will always be a tiny luchador Harpy to me. Teensy, teensy harpy...
