Oh critique time!
Seeing this as an artist that still needs to work on digital art herself, it's really good. However when I look closely at it, I can tell that the lines are pixelated a lot but it's nothing that one can't fix. I do however really like her colors and how you made her face look almost like a doll's.
Originality could've been better but I'm assuming that your friend really likes this vocaloid so I'm not going to be a hard ass on that.
I really also like the technique you used on her.
Overall, I really like this piece and I'm also glad you decided to make something special for your friend like this (cause if it were me, I'd be completely flattered that my friend took the time to make this).

This is honestly the worst thing I have ever seen. The lines are pixelated and the skin lacks definition. You have no depth of shading either. The headphones defy the laws of physics and the blending is less than stellar. How dare you post such an atrocity! The anatomy is off as well with the head to body ratio and the arms being too thin. The hands are too small as well. The jawline is too thick and the fabric also defies physics. I cannot believe you think this thing is any form of art!

starting from the first glance, I would say that is good, it's very well done, lthough it is not very effective, because it isn't very original.
Despite this, I would say that I really like the colors, the hair of Rin is pretty much perfect, and even the dress <33 (this is the Synchronicity version, neh ? ; v e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w… " width="15" height="15" alt="
Also the bow fits perfect with the number on the shoulder.

I really like the reflection of light and also the shades of blue within light blue .
One thing that I don't really like is the right eye.
I think it is too distanced from the nose and on the other eye, and in this way makes a very large temple. Consequently also the face is too wide, while in the chin tapering in an absurd way.
I really like how you've chosen to do and made the shadows, they're gorgeous!
Just one thing, you have made her breasts only with shadows, and the effect is there, but in my opinion a pic with this style also needs the line in the middle, I don't know if you understand what I say ( ´∀｀) ♡
However, once again it's a fantastic job (I-love- the-background-is -just-perfect), if you continue working digitally so, you'll be a great artist! <:

I do tend to notice that I space my eyes way too far apart, although I didn't notice that I did it here until you pointed it out. (oopsies)
