Mad Rose is a villian for Sailor Z.I spent a alot of time trying to make her perfect, Mad Rose is the sister of Dead Rose who was defeated by my other Sailor OC Sailor Xochitl [link] . When her sister was defeated Mad Rose escaped and went into hiding until she was found by my mystery boss. Now she and two others work for her.
Mad Rose is a creature that feeds on anger, when your anger hits its peek you turn into a raging monster thats under her control. I got the idea for her outfit while playing a game on Dolldivine.com I think its called ocean fashion it was really hepful.
