So TES3 Morrowind fanart with Balmora town. The idea was to make fanart but not just copying the screens but changing and modifying everething I could. To do it more reallistic than the original.zoomed fragments:

This is really cool, but why are the Hlaalu guards Imperials? (Or Nord/Breton?) To my knowledge Balmora had only Dunmer guards.
