He is adorable, and trouble when he's older, if you couldn't already tell. I really wanted a version of X with mostly white armor, but Pandy did most of the designing, actually! Xeph probably needs that so he can be manipulated. If it wasn't for Sep and Max, he probably wouldn't take proper care of himself.

He does look like trouble growing up (omg is he also a little shit??? o3o). The coloring's pretty great, though, it's not too flashy but it feels like an X unit

He looks like a MegaMan X character.

He is. He's actually an Alternate Universe version of X where there are no Reploids, and sapient robots in general are very rare. He fills in the role of Rock (and also kind of Blues) as the first android and is later modified for combat capabilities, mostly for self-defense. He is also pint-sized, like Rock.
