Hey there! 
Usually when I just sketch on Medibang, it looks like this Goten (sketch)
However to get it like the above drawing, I use the curve snap. The curve snap is a tool you can manipulate to make it curvy or straight. It stops the squiggle lines and smoothens them. Keep in mind, that it does take some time as the hand must be as steady as possible. A majority of people also color using that program but I don't since I am accustomed to AutoDesk Sketchbook

Oh totally, I adore the Pro version very much.
I had the free trial and it's so limiting. 
It makes a huge difference to your artwork

Toriyama's style is harder than realistic, it has so many lines and makes me confused every

I really love it, and more because i always draw sad Ternip or angry Ternip XD But is nice to see him smiling , i have a pc  now (not mine) and i'm going to work on Andriel right now, i hope finish the draw today
