Superhero movies always excite us with thrilling action amd daring heroes! But there are also those moments that put that stuff to a halt and make us shed some tears. Here are the scenes in superhero flicks that are truly sad.

10. The space scene (the powerpuff girls movie)
The powerpuff girls had a really depressing origin story did they? Not only the people of townsville treated them like outcasts, but after they accidentally helped mojo jojo take over the town, that pushed the girls to exile themselces into space. Where the girls listen to the distraight city on an asteroid.

9. Murphy comes home (robocop)
After murphy became robocop he visited his abandoned house that reawakened his humanity. Thus giving off a beautifully done scene that packs so much feels.

8. The collapsed building (spiderman homecoming)
When you see this scene,you dont see spiderman,you see peter parker. A kid who just tried to help people, yelling for help in a collapsed building around him. But he gathered enough strength to get back up, its beautiful because it gives off the feeling of true heroism in this movie. With great power comes great responsibility.

7. Groots death (guardians of the galaxy)
"We are groot"

6. Baymax dies (big hero 6)
Could have gone with Tadashi but this scene was still pretty emotional.

5. Yondu dies(guardians of the galaxy vol 2)
Another death in this film series in the MCU. Though groot came back,Yondu will not.

4. Batman says goodbye to robin (the lego Batman movie)
Despite it being a spin-off to the lego movie, it still packs the feels tgat were in that film,and this scene were Bats leaves to go to the phantom zone proves that point.

3. The campfire(teenage mutant ninja turtles 1990)
After believing master splinter is dead, the turtles found out that he is still alive through thsi amazing scene in the movie.

2. Batman's FAKE death (the dark knight rises)
Now here is where i COMPLETLY balled! When batman was taking that bomb away from Gotham and the bat wing got blown up i thought he was gone. Thankfully he lives!

1. The death of Logan (Logan)
Was'nt there any doubt? Hugh jackman's last run as Wolverine came to a really emotiobal conclusion with this scene where the unkillable mutant does at the hands of a clone of his. While his daughter Laura holding his hands as he gave his final breath.....
