"This terrarium has been my home since I was a guppy. There’s nowhere else I wish to be than here. But I did recently notice the water getting a bit staler and the walls are getting a little too close for comfort. And are those vines growing above? I really hope no one forgot about me!"A 2020 repaint of a 2019 MerMay piece. I've been brewing this idea of a tiny mermaid in a glass jar for a long time and finally feel like I could execute it as well as I can imagine. I can see this jar sitting on the windowsill in a home. What do you guys think?
