My first ever sugar showpiece don in Sugars class.So everthing in the showpiece is 100% edible, some is actual sugar and some is isomalt. In it is blown sugar, cast sugar, bubble sugar, pulled sugar, and rock sugar. Which are all different forms of manipulating sugars.
It changed from abstract to more of a heart shape because when I lifted the red piece it broke so I didnt want to cast another, and viola a heart shape was born lol
