This is a very cute drawing. I love Shiemi and her very character and personality, as well as her abilities. This drawing was very well done and I can tell you took your time to be precise. If I could suggest something to help, I would suggest adding a little more of the detail Shiemi has on her kimono and also adding the tiny bit of blush she always has. (Unless it's already there in which case you could separate it from the shading a bit more) Also maybe add some light spots on the high points of her face. I really liked the drawing, and I hope you find this critique to be helpful! ^^
