The flowers in the background look like fireworks. This is probably my favorite of your works....although it's hard to choose.

I get used to them and that lovely "noise" in your pictures.
The background is a real eye-catcher espacially the orange one in the middle and you choose a nice mix of flowers and plants.
The person in the middle looks pretty good ,also her cloths are a good choose. Because your use of green, white and a bit purple made an exellent contrast to the background moving the eye in the middle. Plus the black hair and white face harmonise with the rest of the picture so well.
However there are some things like the hand, which are to small. Normally hand are as long as from the chin to the hair border on the face. (depents on lenght of fingers) but that one the woman is havin is just to small.
The next thing is a personal taste thing. I think the fan is a bit to small. However the design and pattern is great. The same applies on the cloths as well.
