Too lazy to upload this sonic-related picture in other account known as... Enjoy. This picture is on a purpose to unblock my art block. Didn't work out well. xP

I like the effect here with the solid colours, but I think you should do some shading to make her look not so flat. The boobs look okay enough though I can't really see the left one(her left) because there really should be some kind of shading to give the boob some shape and have it lead to her armpit. I do like how you made them sag though, because real breasts sag with gravity.
I also like the folds you gave the cloth but they need more shading for emphasis, especially the collar.
Try giving her face some shading as well, like on the chin, because it seems to disappear into the collar which isn't good. People need to be able to tell where one object ends and the other begins.
Also, some of the lines look okay but others look quite messy. There are some programs which allow you to make very smooth outlines, and at least one of them, Inkscape, is free. You just have to learn how to use the pen and curve tools in vector programs.
Now the tail looks kind of odd... it doesn't seem to really be connected to the cat. You should think about where the tail starts, even if that isn't shown; otherwise, it will not look like it really belongs. Remember that the tail is actually part of the spinal cord, and while in the Sonic universe there are some characters(like Tails) who have rather impossible anatomy, it's a good idea to make their parts look like they belong.
Anyways, I'm critiquing because I do like the picture and the colours, but there are parts you need to fix.
