Ohkay, a brief summary of Momo Yaoyorozu.
Quirk: Creation
Momo can create practically any inorganic materials or objects from the lipids on her skin. This can range from simple objects and weapons like knives, rods, fabrics to more advanced and heavy tools like cannons and catapults. But the larger and more complex the object, the longer it takes to generate it.
She does this with mental effort alone, but she requires a strong referential memory of the objects she wants to create down to their subatomic structure. Due to that her hero attire could not allow her to create things through the fabric, it's out of necessity that the uniform has to cover base minimum to promote the full use of her abilities. She even carries a book encyclopedia of objects for reference.

With the right training, Momo would make an excellent assassin. No one would find a weapon on her because she makes them on the spot. It would be even better if she were able to reabsorbed the items she creates.
