I love the stunning effects and details of this drawing! I love the poses and expressions on everyone! The way you drew the Pokemon as well looks fabulous! I think you should move the people and Pokemon to the centre a little bit because it looks out of place. If you have a transform tool on your program, then that's great!
Overall, I think this drawing is marvelous! I like how the colours look! Fantastic job!
