My exams are finally over! So I can finally draw again oh goodness I missed it so much!
This is a more simple commission style, but I really do enjoy it! (and probably shade it a bit more than I should haha but when I have fun, I just can't stop drawing/refining things ;u; )
This is Hara, Suzu's character who is a descendant from a goddess. She is a calm person and pretty serious and composed. .v.
This lady here is actually 1.92m | 6,3' tall, so pretty big as you can see in the fullbody version on twitter! (I decided to crop the picture when uploading it here on dA, dunno, wanted to focus on the face I guess, though sob the boots and flower are cut out ;3; ) I don't get to draw that tall women often, so I hope she looks ok ;u; (Suzu gave me some more specific instructions about the desired body-type, BUT SOMEHOW I FOUND HER TOO THIN s-so--- I think I added a tiny bit of weight to her _(:3_)TL )
Hara also has albinism, so working with all that white was sure a challenge! But I enjoyed drawing in those simple colors! It's a refreshing change from heavy color-palettes c:

I love the white color palette! It's so different from your usual stuff. You handled it really well
And I think you have pretty good proportions for a really tall person! Reminds me of some older manga styles (like Sailor Moon...all the leggy goodness xD)
I also love the new style in general. They are really cool and adds a bit more. It's nice to have a face focus along with the fullbody, really gives you a chance to see everything.

Actually the trick is to not paint with 100% white, but give it a slight hue of color as well instead

Oh dont worry. Improvement doesn't happen within one month!! (it was ~a month ago that I last looked at your gallery I think??) Don't rush things
From what I see, your lines got more confident (??? no idea how to say it, but they simply look like you had an easier time with them).
I would say the green in the bg is really striking some contrast with the rest of the picture. You could maybe try adding some more colors to it that appear in the rest of your drawing (like brown or a bit of blue hues in the far-away bg to merge with the sky??)
Also from what I see you are using photoshop right?? I would suggest to try lower opacity for your brushes here and there. It will give it a more paintery feel (unless you are strictly going for anime/cellshading, with which I can't help you, because I personally prefer non-cellshading, so my advice will always be something leading away from anime/cellshading)

I don't use photoshop, I use MediBang Paint Pro XD and thanks! Next time I'm gonna try making the background better!! And remember that I use my mouse so yeah TwT your advices always help so don't worry!!
