First of all: This wasn't drawn by me! This is official artwork.All I did was use this picture [link] of an official clear file, which was only sold at Pokemon Centers in Japan, to edit is to a twitter/tumbrl background.
This took some time, since the background color was not smooth, but totally worth it :3
Feel free to use as a fellow Dragonair fan, but it would be nice if you could mention my name!
