WOOHOO FOR LAST MINUTE CONTEST ENTRIES! DXThe pic is for the OC contest. :3 I wanted to enter, so I threw this together.

So here's my OC from a story that I've been forming for about 2 years now. XD
In the story demons live among humans but the demons hide from them becuase they want to live in our society. However due to their presence, some people gain "special abilities." Chidori and her friends get powers and soon meet with a demon named Imura and join him in his cause to protect to the town (and eventually other places) from things called shadows and help others who have been influenced by the "miasma."
Chidori obtains powers that allow her to use this sword (that looks like a pen) and draw anything and animate it, and use it to her will.
No, it is not a magical girl story. (Although there is ONE character who's power is that of a magical girl.) XD
(I might put magic in the keywords, but that doesn't mean anything.) *I don't have anything against magical girls, I'm just saying my story isn't one* lol
I MAY change her school outfit if I ever draw her again... (I still like the sailor uniforms best.) XD

Here's some fun little facts:
1)Her name Chidori Yama is actually my nickname. Close friends would call me by this alias. (Yes, I did have a Gaia account, but I no longer check Gaia.)
2)And she is supposed to be sort of based off of me a little. (Just a little though...)
3)Some of the other characters are based off of my friends as well. ^^

I was thinking about making a character in my story that fought with scissors. I had that thought for a long time, but I never drew it...
Several months later a person had the same idea (And we don't know each other)and he/she drew the pic. XD
Now I'm afraid to make one, cuz I'm afraid people will be like "YOU STOLE THE IDEA! RAWR!" lol
(I even wanted my character to have a long coat with scissors. And she drew that too! Isn't that weird?) XD lol

lol thats crazy XD. the other day I got accused of something like that, only it was a pose and I'm all "-_- dude... a pose? how can you steal that? its a freaking body movement." but they still thought I copied it from somewhere.

I've been playing piano for 9 years and I have played in big competitions, performed/took classes with from professionals, and I STILL get stage fright... XD LOL
