Said you requested a critique with the Gaia-Art group, so that's what I'm going to do.
Overall it's a very nice picture. Your coloring is great, and I have to say I love your hands. Amazing hands. Seriously. I wish I could draw hands like that. @_@;
One area to be aware of is right around her chin. You see how the point of her chin is just resting on the collar? That's called a tangent in fancy art terms. But basically the chin needs to overlap the collar- or have the collar moved lower. For instance look at her curls to the right- they're overlapping the collar. It makes 100% sure that the hair is in fron the collar. While we know the head should be in fron the collar- without the proper distance between the two- it makes the head look flat.
Another small note about the collar is as it goes around her neck- the two sides do not match up. Look at the collar on the left and then on the right of the neck/head, it is much higher on the right. It should be even on both sides. The same thing happens again with the coat, when it goes behind the skirt on the left; however this is much less noticeable. You could get away with it, but for future reference if an object goes under something and then reappears- draw a line from one side to the other and make sure it connects.
There are a few proportion issues with her body. Her arms are actually pretty well done. I'm talking length and relation to the head- the actual body not so much. The problem with it is it's actually a bit too long. It's been stretched out and it just needs to be pushed together more.
Starting from the top- the breasts should be under where the cape part of the jacket is. By starting her breasts too low on the body- has now pushed the rest of her body off, as such her waist should be higher. The waist line should match up with the elbows. (Not to be confused with a hip line). But actually the distance between the breasts and where the skirt starts- is a pretty accurate distance. The whole thing just needs to be moved up a bit higher.
The legs are a bit of a separate issue and they seem to be off. It's hard for me to tell since they is so little of them showing. But for one they should be a bit bigger. Legs need to be rounder than the arms. Not saying much, but a bit wider. They also look like they start too low, or the knees start too soon.
But I would work on moving up the upper body first and getting it matched up with the legs- and then worry about legs as they're much easier to fix.
Anyways I hope that helped.
