A pen and ink drawing I did of one of my rp characters named Wisteria. I originally planned for it to be color, but I couldn't translate the rich colors and patterns of kimonos with my prisma markers, not practiced enough yet.I tried to decorate the kimono with traditional japanese motifs, although I'm sure they are mixed incorrectly. The motifs are: the ocean, peonys, cherry blossoms, and ginko leaves.

hello i just wanted to point out that them ginko trees are pretty rare. but my uncle has 2 very large ginkos in his yard. i wish i could scan one of the leaves to put in my scraps,but the trees are tall so i cant reach the leavs. they are also surrounded by a massive bush so if leaves fall i wouldent be able to get them. oh well. the artwork here is pretty cool.
