Description Whoo! I finished! Before my own extended deadline!

How exciting is that?

Not very, I know, but I'm pleased with myself and the overall result.

I'm still really in love with that hat. XD

I know that to make this more accurately French nobility those cloths in the back should be covered with fleur de lis...but I mean...it's a fanart competition. It's not *that* important.

Again, this is for a fanart competition on NF where the theme was Bleach in history -- place one of more Bleach characters in any point in history in any setting. I picked late 18th century French nobility and our Miss Orihime. ^_^

I can totally see Orihime as nobility. You did a GREAT job on this, and blue really seems to fit her well. Keep it up

Orihime somehow fits the style of this era. Not sure which other Bleach chars could get away with it. (maybe Grimmjow but after the last chapter its hard to take him seriously anymore)

Orihime doesn't look good in makeup.

The thing is, the French court really did wear really heavy make-up. It was just what was done. And you didn't mess with the rules at Versailles because...well...it wasn't done.

So really I was just being historically accurate. : p

I never doubted the historical accuracy, I was just making a passing comment.
