Description So...I wanted to draw a character who was a pretty creamy colour, and Carts' fursona popped into my brain xDD

I tried that, but it's so many windows! It seemed confusing to me. I use photoshop elements 3.0
I don't know if there was a setting to put all the windows anchored or in place -shrug-
